- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my estimates are always high but I always do worst case scenario and most of the time the actual cost is a lot less I do this so customers don't get hit with a unexpected expense and my hr rate is based upon quality help my team members are skilled trustworthy professionals that don't steal are do drugs I don't tolerate that behavior and I pay my team members because they are worth it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time I like to meet face to face to learn exactly what they are expecting me to give them as a finished project and to know who I am working for after finding out the job description and details I like to talk about money I expect my customers to buy the material before we start I will gladly get the materials needed for the job after my customers give me the money to purchase them I don't ask for money for time unless it's tree removal are another specialty job but it's never the full amount and after that the team starts to operate.

school of hard knocks with a major in fix it right before you walk off
