Introduction: Our inspections are known to be very thorough. The inspector goes above and beyond requirements. We are not required to test all outlets, windows, etc- only a representative number - but we inspect "all" as access allows. We are not required to enter areas - crawlspace and attic- with less than 16" of clearance - we enter and inspect much smaller areas quite often. I like helping people know what they are getting in to with one of the largest investments of their lives. Whether they are gewtting a fixer upper or a house ready to move in, I help identify it is what they want and are expecting. When I find issues no one else has noted, I really feel like the client got their money's worth on the inspection!

All buyers should attend the inspection to see your inspector and verify he is doing a thorough inspection. This also allows you to ask questions about any concerns you may have. Make sure reports are given on-site - you should not have to wait for a report. All reports should include pictures. This helps document many issues. Get an inspection where the follow up inspection is included in the price. Follow ups are invaluable and ensure that all repairs you asked for are properly completed.
