- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our outstanding professional services are provided at a cost that is absolutely the most affordable in the Upstate. We ensure that by providing you with a 10% discount off any lower, verifiable estimate, given by our competitors! In an effort to contribute to our service area community, should you know someone in need of vital home repairs or a need for a clean home, I strongly urge you to submit a message to us. This service, along with other companies I have reached out to, will provide services at little to no cost. Our purpose is to share/contribute to the peace and well being of one another. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone introduction (clients preference of text/email/talk) before we arrive for services. This allows us the opportunity for our clients to ask any questions they may have and address any last minute details. We also provide the identity of the pro or team they should be expecting for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college for Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice. My 'calling' continuously brought me back to care of seniors and those compromised by any disability. I became a Director of four nursing home facilities for numerous years. I continue home health care and provide safe and affordable home services. We have a weekly information conference on new procedural steps, cleaning discoveries and consultants providing scientific data on any new ideas, products and staff insights.
