FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We purposely do not have a "brick and mortar" store to keep overhead at a minimum. This mean our pricing is typically 15-20% less than the local store, with all the same product availability and top rate installers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with the customer, either by phone or at their home, in order to understand what they are hoping to do to improve the look of their home or business. I then can meet them at one of my participating showrooms or bring the possible samples back to their home to see how they look in their space. We then can measure and put together an estimate for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 20 years in the flooring industry at every level. From installer, to sales associate, to customer service to business owner. I understand the customer's expectations and that's what drives me to not only meet those expectations, but exceed them.
