Our fees are based on the size of the home, the foundation type and the age. We may not be the least expensive home inspection you can find, but we have the background, the experience and the knowledge to give you the very best, most informative and comprehensive inspection possible. And we are here for you long after the inspection- to answer any questions or concerns, to give advice and referrals and to make sure you are comfortable with the property you purchase.
