- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in myofascial release, trigger point release, lymph drainage techniques, somatic release, and Swedish circulatory massage.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I entered massage therapy school nearly 23 years ago when I was in college studying liberal arts in Chicago. I instantly fell in love with the the learning of the body through the different modalities taught at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. I became fascinated and wanted to absorb all I could. Anatomy and Physiology have become a passion of mine and I now work with many of my clients in not just massage therapy but yoga therapy as well. Helping them achieve a better state of wellness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of my clients have been working with me for years. They find massage and yoga to be important for their overall wellness.
