Having worked under Michelin starred chefs in NYC and secured AAA four diamond awards in Savannah, and won Maine's Food and Cocktail Pairing competition, Chef Jason always strives for excellence and pushes the boundaries in his kitchen.

We received an excellent experience across the board. Jason took time to work with us on the menu and helped it feel very personal. We had one guest who had some dietary restrictions and he made sure to accommodate that for every course. The food was excellent, we still talk about it. It was a great evening and a great event. I would definitely recommend.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to start with a consultation and see what your vision for you event is. I’ll make sure that you kitchen will be able to accommodate what we need, and can even supplement with my own personal items.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated second in my class at Le Cordon Bleu in 2011. I have cooked on Food Network’s Chopped, Channel 4’s Lowcountry Live. I was the 2019 Taco Tequila Kombat winner and featured chef at both Highlands food and wine festival, and Club Magnolia at The Masters. I’ve also been featured at Bacon and Bourbon festival and Charleston Rum Festival. I’ve catered for the Boston Celtics, the British consulate and 2 former presidents.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    During the pandemic the restaurant I worked at laid off most of its staff so to help offset the hardship they were dealing with I decided to start doing private home dinners and all the proceeds went to the laid off staff.
