CUSTOMIZED PLANNING My customized training plans are tailored to meet your specific goals, while maximizing results and minimizing injuries. ORGANIZATION Each workout is organized and planned prior to your session, so that when you arrive at the studio you can start working out right away by warming up and stretching in a private fitness suite. We don’t waste time figuring out what to do next or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine. The entire workout session is organized from start to finish so that your time at the studio is focused on you and achieving your specific results. You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout. COACHING and NUTRITION As your coach, I ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise – too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement. Nutritional Coaching through and app is also provided to make sure what goes in your body will hep you achieve your ultimate goal. RESEARCH I take pride in keeping up to speed on the latest science and technology information associated with health, exercise science and nutrition. RESULTS MEASUREMENTS I measure your results using a variety of objective and subjective data. Some examples includes: Weight Body fat % Before and after pictures Strength tests Performance tests ACCOUNTABILITY Most importantly, your personal trainer demands accountability. To bring real change, you need a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success in the program and who will hold you accountable for achieving these goals I take great pride in making people live a healthy lifestyle. I had been slacking with my fitness routine and wanted to get back into it. After reading 5 star reviews about Oly, I decided to give training with him a try and I am so happy that I did! We have been working together for a few weeks now and he really challenges and pushes me, which is exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are always new and different, and Oly is very attentive to safety and proper form. The gym is a nice semi-private facility which is appealing to me, as it is not your typical overcrowded health club. I highly recommend KO Fitness!

I have been searching for a trainer that can provided guidance with not only works out but with diet . I am constantly on the go and expressed to Oly my frustration and struggles and he is on top of it. In one month of working with Oly I have far surpassed my immediate goal of 5 lbs I have in fact lost 10lbs ! I couldn't believe it ! Oly has a very subtle but effective hands on approach and really listens to my many questions , concerns and adapts to all my needs . I have struggled with siactic issues and shoulder pain and he has helped relieve those areas . He answeres my questions from 7 am to 12 pm . He truly cares for his clients and really has a very nice way of getting that across . His attention to form has helped me immensely get the most out of my workouts and I highly highly recommend him . I can't wait to see where I am going to be in April at my wedding feeling my truly best self yet !

I have had the incredible pleasure and experience of working with Oly as my personal trainer for 4 months now. Without the use of free weights or running, I've enjoyed weight loss ahead of my goals, and an incredible increase of cardiorespiratory endurance. Oly is great professional that inspires me to achieve more. He challenges my mental limits by encouraging me and pushing my physical limits. Oly is an outstanding responsive professional. He was quick to answer all my questions. I was hesitant to see a trainer at first since I have shoulder and hip issues but with Oly expertise I fell at ease. He customized a detail program for me during my session and I felt great during and after the workout. The stretching he provided me was awesome since I now know that I have some flexibility issues. I would recommend Oly and take advantage of the generous complementary session he offers. Looking forward to work with Oly for all my fitness needs!!
