- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is communicated clearly and there will be no hidden fees. Communication is paramount. We do give discounts if you would like us to manage multiple units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know the property owner, discuss their needs, learn the details about the property, and suggest services or how we will fill those needs or alleviate any concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate professional with over 20 years of risk management and investment experience.
