I originally hired Samantha to help me sell my home and to purchase my new one. She did an amazing job at both and got me top dollar for my home and got me an amazing deal on my new home as well. I had such an amazing experience with her on both transactions that I have referred my sister, brother, parents, and 2 friends to her as well and she did an amazing job for them as well. I decided a few years after selling my home and buying a new one that I wanted to buy a rental property and I didn't hesitate to call Samantha and once again she did an amazing job handling the transaction of purchasing the home and then managing it for me as well. She is the only Realtor that I will ever use and I will refer her to everyone that I can. She is the best!

Shoreside Real Estate and Samantha are the best in the industry. Samantha has been managing my properties for 10 years now and has done a phenomenal job. She always secures me the best tenants in my properties. She manages to always find me people that pay on time and take excellent care of the properties. She always goes above and beyond. I have been using Shoreside Real Estate and Samantha Chrestensen to buy, sell, and manage my rental properties for 9 years now. She is unbelievably knowledgeable in her field.
