I am a brown belt under Royce Gracie/Spencer Canup and a tae kwon do black belt under World Tae Kwon Do Federation.
I also have experience in judo and wrestling.
I like to keep the training fun but also teach real effective techniques.
I will guide you through awareness and the mindset of an attacker.
I also teach the sport side of jiu jitsu as well.
