- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our projects are different, and we try to learn as much about the client and their needs before we provide a quote. We always prefer to customize a solution for a particular client so they get the most for their money, and don't pay for things they don't need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning new and emerging technology that helps us stay current and cutting edge. We regularly complete training from Google, Adobe, and other software providers that allow us to provide the best experience for our clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't choose a design agency based on price alone. Check out their portfolio, look at reviews, ask to speak with their previous clients. Spend some time talking to the designer that will be working on your project and make sure you get along well. You'll be dealing with them throughout the process, and it's necessary that you can communicate with each other.
