I am a Certified Master Trainer with over 20 years of experience. I have trained clients in strength training, core conditioning, balance and stability. I am certified as a Master Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher, Golf Fitness Instructor as well as a Posture Specialist. I have worked with clients from ages from 15 to 85, to help them reach their goals. I also work with clients that have special needs such as knee, back, hip or heart problems. When I first meet a new client I go over their fitness level and discuss their goals, from there I design a workout just for them. I work with my clients to make sure they are meeting their goals and exceeding them. I use a combination of strength training and cardio combining them together to get results fast and easy. I also talk with clients about nutrition and on what to eat.

Never one to shy away from adventure or the opportunity to take a risk, Robin traded her cubicle for a yoga mat and set off on a life-altering journey, combining her love of yoga and travel. Robin spent the later part of 2012 on her mat flowing from Italy to Ireland and back again to the sandy shores of Surfside Beach, SC. Classes are candlelit and smaller in size, ranging from 3-10 practitioners, allowing for a more personal, intimate experience. Robin brings an air of lightheartedness and play to her classes as she guides students through sequences tailored to fit the energy and needs of the students. It isn't enough for Robin just to love yoga; she aims to share the power of yoga to empower and transform lives through this moving meditation. I have taken a lot of yoga classes, and I love Jenn's instructing methods the most because she transitions each move so smoothly. Also, she has an incredibly soothing voice, is always willing to give me tips to help with my tightness when I am not in her class, and overall she is a wonderful person who makes the hour class feel like a blink. I consistently leave her feeling like I can take on the world, and my only complaint is that I can't start every day with her class!
I have been teaching yoga for 7 years with training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Prenatal. I meet my students where they are. Classes can be as challenging or basic as you need. All levels, body types, and cultures are honored and respected.
I've practiced yoga since I was 7 years old. My classes are great for beginners as well as more experienced students. My students are always very relaxed by the end of class.
