Introduction: It's important when looking for a fitness professional to help you achieve your fitness goals, that they're certified by an NCAA accredited organization. Such as ACE, ACSM, or NSCA, Additionally they should have the expertise and professionalism that you need. We have that, and would love to prove it to you! I'm passionate about fitness, it is something I would do even if it were not a career for me. I also love to teach. I'm very happy that I have the opportunity to do what I love for a living.

I have been training with Chris for almost a year. He is a great motivator and extremely knowledgeable about fitness & nutrition. He is professional and very flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, he has motivated me to make fitness a priority in my life. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a trainer, regardless of their fitness level.
