My wife is Hawaiian and was born and raised in Hawaii where the aloha spirit is the corner stone of all hospitality training. I am a Southerner and have the southern hospitality mentality as well. Our home is your home, your event is our event! We want what you want, so if a customized menu is what you seek, we conform to your needs. Attention to detail and personalized service is our specialty.
We enjoy food! Cooking it, talking about it, eating it, but most importantly sharing it with others. The satisfaction of watching others experience our dishes and service is what we live for. Passion for the Culinary Arts field is an understatement really, it's our life!

Michael Gadson and MiMa's did an amazing job catering my daughter's wedding. He is very professional and personable at the same time. I will use them again in the future, I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer, whether you are having a big event or small gathering, give them the opportunity to put your tastebuds into shock. The Hawaiian chicken and the meatballs were a huge hit!! I would like to thank MiMa's for everything they did for us at the wedding and the few months leading up to it.

It was our first time dealing with a personal chef and it was great. We were 12 golfers on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Chef Michael helped us with the entire process. Michael kept in touch with us offered suggestions for our menu and let us pick our own menu. We went fishing the day before our dinner. Chef had no problem adding our catch to our menu for our dinner. Chef was on time and took care of everything from setup to cleanup. We will definitely do this again when we are back on vacation.

Mike and his assistants recently hosted our holiday party at our home. The food was fabulous and the best filet ever!!! We will definitely have them again and would highly recommend them for you next gathering!!!
