- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not our practice to charge hourly fees for any service, other than a consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first visit is complimentary and that is usually an information gathering time. We tour your home or the areas you want to improve, ask questions and discuss your needs to learn what you expect from us. After gathering that infomation, we usually begin to work on the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have monthly meetings with reps from the over 125 suppliers we carry to learn of new developments in the field. We have also toured upholstery factories to learn the process used in building furniture. We attend the High Point Market on a regular basis. We also take advantage of classes offered through Decorating Den Corp.
