Massage Therapy

This was the best massage and experience I ever had. She was very informative about her service. She made you feel comfortable about her skill level. She was very nice and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I would even consider coming back to Myrtle just for another massage.

Booked Lisa for an in home for a buddies golf trip. I wish I could leave 10 stars! A few of the guys said it was the best massage they’ve ever had, and that came from the guys who get a lot of massages! I’m keeping Lisa’s number in my phone and will absolutely book again next time there.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based on me traveling to you. This includes the time and type of massage you are requesting. The amount of travel time and fuel to get to you. The set up and break down of the supplies needed for your session which also includes the massage table. Providing this service, especially traveling to the clients, is stressful on a massage therapists body. Many times we even carry our tables up a sets of stairs to get to you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask short general questions upon setting an appointment to get to know my clients. If able I try to have them fill out an intake form before the session and have it emailed to me. If this isn't done I bring one with me for them to fill out. I ask questions to verify the information received and to assess the needs of my clients to be sure they get the treatments they request then offer those that may be more beneficial. I take notes to assure that I properly address those needs and desires we discussed prior. During the massage I will ask for feedback on the pressure and offer advice on self care practices to perform between sessions. Before departure I like to discuss the session. I will request a review and try to set the next appointment while leaving cards and incentives for referrals. I always plan for more time after sessions to give my clients a chance to ask questions and give feedback on things they liked or ways I can improve. I am always courteous, respectful and do my very best to make the clients experience the best it can be.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a college degree in massage. I've done my required CE courses and am looking to expand into courses that relate more to the benefits of mental health issues such as Autism as I have a child who is on the spectrum.
