Before I met strongselves I was unmotivated because I just had a baby, so I decided to look for a personal trainer, one thing you should learn about a trainer is that they need to show you motivation to help you, she was not the first one I had consulted, and that’s what I found on strongselves motivation. It’s been one months we’re are training, believe it or not I’m already seeing some really big results. Thanks to strongselves for not make me lose my time. Victoria was my personal trainer for a year. We worked together three times a week. I was a “sometimes exerciser” and out-of-shape. Victoria planned a thoughtful and comprehensive program for me. Because of this, I made steady progress, gradually gaining strength and confidence. The results were amazing! I lost pounds and inches! This was my first experience with a personal trainer. I was a little nervous as I was not in shape, unless round counts, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do the exercises and that I would end up embarrassing myself. But, Victoria met me at my level and abilities and still managed to challenge me. She also had a wide variety of exercises, so I never got bored; and modifications, so if an exercise was uncomfortable for me, we could approach it differently. Her enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, fitness was both inspiring and motivating. I would highly recommend her!Aug 3, 2018
