Trey Morgan is a nightmare to deal with. I will never recomend them to my Real Estate clients looking to rent. I wished I looked at reviews before telling my girlfriend she should sign a 12 month lease with them. Lease included cable and they wouldn't come hook it it for 6 months after multiple work orders and phone calls to the office. Charged for deep cleaning when the place looked great and even was told during the pre walk through that it looked great but they still tacked on a $150 charge for a deep clean along with many other charges not advise during the pre walk through the day of turning in the keys and pool passes. I'm just letting everyone know to please look at reviews before leasing from a company of any kind.

We received written confirmation from the lease holder that she vacated the unit early, and her fiance was still currently in town to handle the move out proceedings. They were informed of the damages they would be responsible for during a courtesy pre-move out walk thru conducted with our inspector. Unfortunately they were unable to replace the door that had been damaged to a point that it was unrepairable, repair a dresser that was broken during their occupancy, or complete several cleaning items that are required at move out. An itemized statement of the charges and the remaining balance of the security deposit were mailed to the tenant within the required 30 day period. Our office did not give the tenants personal information to anyone except the person designated in writing to handle the proceedings. We at Strand Management have gone to great lengths to accommodate our former tenant including the waiving of several months’ worth of late fees.
