Dan was first licensed in North Carolina in 1986 and expanded to serving buyers and sellers in South Carolina in 2004. Dan is the President and CEO of Adams & Company Real Estate Services and is the Owner/Broker in Charge for The Only Way Realty Company with Corporate Offices located in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Dan has a strong belief in giving back to the communities we serve he has been a member of the Community Outreach Committee of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, they do community work including fundraising for great causes and volunteering our time for community beautification projects and even Habitat for Humanity builds. As a certified trainer and mentor, Dan enjoys teaching new and seasoned Real Estate Agents techniques to build their business through systems that have been tested for years and how to implement them.

Every one is pleasant and easy to get along with, Dan is great at training in areas that are needed and offering support to all that work for him.
