I have 3 computers and my Dell desktop cd/dvd was not working. She was willing to come to the house at a very reasonable price. I dropped the PC to her and within hours she told me what needed to be done, and how much the replacement part was. She also educated me about some others things that was potentially harmful I had on my PC which I wasn't aware of. As a result of fixing my PC, I gave her my 2 laptops and she installed the correct software so I could install Windows 10. Because of her excellent work I recommended her to a friend who also used her services the same day. I high recommend Tanology as I understand she also teaches classes . Great job Tanology!

My son kept experiencing the BSOD on his PC computer. After hours of troubleshooting I finally gave up found Tanology on Thumbtack and Tan contacted me within 10 minutes. I met with Tan the next day. Tan picked up the computer, communicated with me throughout the day of the findings and lo and behold it was a corrupt memory stick. Tan worked until 1 in the morning to figure out what the issue was because Tan knew how important it was for my son to get this computer back as soon as possible. I picked the computer up from Tan and took my teen son with me at his request. Tanology directed her findings not only to me but to my son. Tanology treated me with respect but also treated my young son with the utmost respect and spoke to him like he was the young adult that he is. I think that meant more to me than anything because that shows a true test of someone's character. I would recommend Tanology to anyone and if I could give 10 Stars instead of just 5, I would. Tan provided me with the information that I requested as to the memory stick to purchase and answered a few questions that I had after the job was complete. Tanology will be my go-to person for all my future computer needs. I can't express enough what a positive transaction this was. All I can say is that Tanology gets an A + + + + + to infinity from my family and especially my son. Thank you Tan for an excellent positive transaction via thumbtack. This is my first time using Thumbtack so any other Thumbtack vendors I may use in the future have big shoes to fill.

I contacted Tan for a data retrieval service. She was very quick to respond to my inquiry and very helpful. She had extensive knowledge in regards to my type of computer (a Macbook Air). She stayed in close contact with me and kept me updated on the status of my computer. She was very honest and even lowered the price she originally quoted me because the work did not turn out to be as extensive. Very impressed. Would contact again.
