FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out there needs past events and the stress of their life that way I can get to the root of their problem cause everyone don't always need the same shoulder and neck work done some may be a lot less intense than others
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing massage therapy when I was deployed out of country and I would receive a massage one-two times a week after work outs and it would cut my recovery time down where I could lift heavy again the next day and not feel any soreness. I learn what the benefits was from how I felt from the massage and it help to reduce my knee pain that I suffered from.

Young to old 15-80, disable, veterans, thin, tall, short , thick, obese, muscles, no muscles, mean, nice, happy , not so happy , super tensed...etc. no two people always the same.
