- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A non-refundable deposit of half of your session fee is required upon booking. This is to lock in your date & time for your session. The remainder of your session fee is due the day of your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is really seamless. Before your session date, there will be lots of detail planning. I like to create a visual moodboard with my client on Pinterest. Following our session, I have the client pick their favorite shots to then be professionally retouched into the final results.
