Nicole was a very hard worker who kept her head while trying to do what she did with traffic coming in and out. The house was to be complete and emergencies happened when she arrived. She was able to get in the nooks and crannies and didn't let all the "to do" affect her at all. She did such a great job that I brought her to our new home and set her up to be my helper there for a deep clean once a month. If you are looking for someone that won't let you down then Nicole is your girl!! Wish that we would have known about her when we moved to our new house in Dec. I had to go behind that company and re clean everything that they were uppossed to have done. Nicole would have caught all of that.

Over the years I have been very fortunate to have had the same housekeeper for many years. However recently, due to extenuating circumstances I have had to find another person/service. After reading to the reviews of various people I chose "Upstate Cleaning Girls". Boy am I happy I did! Nicole didn't outstanding job! She is very thorough and extremely easy to get along with!!! I have a fairly large house, a humongous dog, as well as several kids that have returned back to the nest. None of that phased her. Additionally she had no problems addressing some of the things I am particular about. She was a pleasure to have in my house and I look forward to continuing with her service. I highly recommend her!

5 Star Rating!! We highly recommend Nicole! :) The housekeeper we were using was very nice but did not do a thorough job & we were not satisfied with the quality of the work. She would do anything I asked but I had to keep asking her to clean the same things over & over. I finally decided that she did not know how to clean properly. She would dust the tops of furniture (would not pick up items to clean under them), vacuum & mop. Our home was not truly clean & I felt frustrated. I started looking for someone new and decided to give Nicole a try; I am so glad that I did! Her attention to detail is impeccable. She cleaned everything, baseboards, wiped down all cabinets (kitchen & baths), got the tiny cob webs out of corners of the ceiling, she even crawled under the desk in my & cleaned behind the computer & wires with a damp cloth! I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality job she provided! Nothing was overlooked, everything was sparkling clean & our home smells so good (she uses non-toxic cleaning supplies that smell great)! Nicole is also sweet & easygoing (a non-smoker) flexible, punctual and dependable. She gave us great service for a reasonable fee.
