What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation with the client to see if we are a match. I have to get a feel for his passion for their business. I want them to fell comfortable that they have chosen 10kwebdesigns and that their project will be handle with professional work ethics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been making websites since 2004 and have seen the evolution from html, flash and now to html-5 and responsive web sites. I have attended Joomla University and continue to update my skills. I am a developing partner with Wowza, Long Tail, Shape 5.
