I used Coopers Event Pros for my wedding in late April and what can I say other than, what a treat! Sally is super sweet and is very excited to work with you for your event! She gave me advice for where to buy alcohol for the best price and helped us step by step with creating a menu and getting organized for the big day! On top of that, her service was outstanding at the wedding with creating drinks for around 70 people! She was quick and she always had her eyes out for the bride and groom to make sure their drinks never went empty! If you are looking for a bartender that will be in your corner during the whole process and provide the best service for a larger group of guests I highly recommend Coopers Event Pros!!

About our Event: A 4-hour combination Christmas + Housewarming party on Dec 10th, 2022 for about 60 friends and neighbors complete with food catering, child care, and bartending services (3 staff) provided by Sally Park of Coopers Event Pros. About Coopers Event Pros: Starting with the event planning all the way on through to service delivery on the night of, Sally made each step of the experience both easy and pleasant. She is a consummate professional and a DELIGHT to work with. Sally designed a variety of delicious signature cocktails (for adults and kids!), assisted us in creating a workable list of ingredients and supplies, arrived early to setup, and delivered outstanding service to us and our guests throughout the night. In addition to top-notch bartending, Sally and her team took excellent care in greeting and serving our constantly arriving guests, speedy drink refills, food and trash cleanup, and helping our guests capture memorable group photos throughout the evening, and all at a great price - wholly exceeding our already high expectations. Thanks to Sally and her team, our first neighborhood Christmas party was a resounding success. Immediately following the party, we already started looking forward to having Coopers Event Pros back next year as the “official” bartending service or our (now) annual neighborhood Christmas party!

Cynthia and Sally are definitely the dynamic duo when it comes to this sort of thing! I was super stressed out about coordinating help to set up two separate event locations for a college event for our donors, as well as hiring bartenders. These ladies put my mind at ease and was available to talk me through the process of what I would need and what they could do on the day of the event. They brought a bartender with them and the event was beyond what I imagined it to be! They were early, set up quickly, and was very organized and communicative throughout! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs responsive and friendly professionals to get the job done!

Sally with Coopers Event Pros was extremely professional, responded quickly, and was helpful in answering any questions I had. I had to end up canceling my booking with Coopers Event Pros due to reasons outside of working with them, but just by conversing with Sally in the booking process and figuring out licensure requirements for serving alcoholic beverages, I would recommend booking with Coopers Event Pros to anyone I know. 10/10!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive for mobile bartending services in the NC and SC areas. We don't surprise our clients with surprise fees or additional unexpected costs, unless something changes with the client needing to add additional services. We pride ourselves in having the utmost integrity. Military discounts are available!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients over the phone by talking about what their vision is for the event. What do you need done for your event and if you don't know, we will guide you through the process. It can be a huge project to tackle without professional help when planning a wedding or party. We are here to help you along the way in any way that we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are industry professionals that have a combined total of 68 years in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries. The entire team having taken certifications and courses such as ServSafe Food Manager, NC ABC Seller/Server Training, NC ABC Delivery, and TiPS SC Alcohol Server & Seller Training.
