Introduction: Air Pro of the Carolinas is a family-owned and operated business that was established in 2005 in Rock Hill, SC. Formerly Air Pro Heating & Cooling, a rebrand took place in June 2018 to further embrace our desire to serve our neighbors in the Charlotte metro area (NC license coming soon).
Air Pro of the Carolinas relies on more than 30 years of heating & cooling experience to bring you expert service. We pride ourselves on the quality of work we do and the fair prices we offer, as we understand this is a significant investment from our customers. Air Pro came and installed a new Carrier unit. However when they claimed the full service was completed on 11/16/2017 it was not. I have lived for the last year without any air conditioning or heat due to the ducts not actually being connected to the distribution box. The distribution box was not capped properly so even if the ducts were connected all the air would have escaped versus traveling through the ducts to home. I have had them out several times to make the needed repairs. Yet every time they said they were completed they were not. I have been cooling and heating my attic for a year. I am a 78 year old recently widowed lady living on a fixed income. I put my trust in this company and was burned. I spent $7,695.00 on a unit for a small condo. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Air Pro. I now have to spend a little over $1,000.00 to have someone fix the issue.

I apologize for the negative experience you had with our company. The employee that was responsible for the mistake made at your residence is no longer with Air Pro of the Carolinas because this is not the quality we expect from our employees and is definitely not the quality you deserve as our customer. Once you made us aware of this issue, we reached out at our next possible availability and corrected this for you. Additionally, we installed a new thermostat for you at no charge to resolve your issues with the settings difficulties you were having with your previous thermostat.
We have followed up with you since making these corrections and as of our last contact, you were satisfied with the lengths we went to to resolve your issues. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist you, and we look forward to continuing a positive relationship by servicing your HVAC needs in the future! Outstanding! I have called on Air Pro of the Carolinas over the years and have always received excellent service! Most impressed with their technical knowlege of my systems performance and only recommending what needs to be done, then doing it at a fair price! Hard to find all that in a HVAC company - I Highly Recommend!
