Justin and his teams were punctual, kept us informed every step of the way, and completed the project to our complete satisfaction! I had the pleasure of meeting Justin and Shelby thanks to great reviews on this app, and I hired JG Outdoor Solutions to do the fairly small, but important job of replacing an old, rotten, split-rail fence with a modern, 6-ft privacy fence. We couldn’t be happier with the results! Every detailed request was attended to and the whole thing was completed pretty quickly. I appreciated Justin’s work ethic and attitude so much that based on the quality of the fence, we immediately hired him again for a larger hardscaping project. Thanks, JG!

We are so pleased with our yard after JG Outdoor Solutions transformed it for us. Justin has a wide knowledge of possible hardscape and landscape options, and he carries them out very professionally. He could visualize what I wanted. He was the only one I interviewed who was familiar with installing a dry creek bed, and it is beautiful! We highly recommend he and his crew.

JG installed a rock bed along with several plants for me and did a remarkable job. They were prompt in providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and performing it on time. I wish I came across this company years ago. I paid a little more for the project than I received from other estimates, but I got what I paid for which was quality service and one of the best experiences I’ve had. They are now my landscaper of choice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitive with my pricing because I get the lowest prices from my suppliers because of the volume of work that we do. Therefore we pass that savings to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial message we set up a meeting or I can do a ride by if the job is simple. Then I usually get a quote sent via email 24 hours after the meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have took many irrigation, landscape, lighting and pesticide/grass courses.
