I had the privilege of working with Amber when I catered one of her yoga retreats in Asheville, NC. She was lovely to work with prior to the event and during the retreat, sending me clear lists of foods to avoid and include which made everything run smoothly and efficiently! I was nearby in the kitchen during her yoga instruction and she attended to everyone on an individual level as well as a united group. Patient and positive, I would recommend her services to anyone looking for an instructor or just a positive force in your life!

As a yoga novice, I was a little intimidated to practice in front of such an expert instructor. But as a yoga expert, Megan was able to sense my anxiety and teach me quickly how to let go of all those negative worries. It has always been hard for me to relax and even more difficult to be quiet and still. Megan has been able to lead me to this new found ability and to great relaxation techniques that I use through out my hectic days at work.
I am a challenge for any yoga teacher. A number of permanent injuries to several parts of my body makes it is difficult for me participate in normal yoga classes, and when I met Karen three years ago I was very despondent about my ability to create a sustainable yoga practice. With great empathy and skill, Karen reconnected me with my body. She spent many hours researching my issues and devised creative alternates to many classic yoga poses, alternatives that were possible despite my physical limitations. Karen’s belief that I could push beyond my own fear gave me the courage to begin to enjoy using my body again, and trust that it wouldn’t let me down. What a precious gift!

Amelia is an extremely knowledgeable teacher who, over the past year has opened up the world of yoga to me. As a novice Amelia has helped me immensely with my own practice and once I heard she was holding private lessons I was ecstatic. She was able to work around my weird work schedule as well meet me where I wanted to practice. I could not recommend her enough for private lessons as she has afforded me growth not only in my personal practice but also mentally. I have been working with Anna for almost a year both privately and in the studio. New to yoga, I was worried about not being able to keep up with the class...guess I thought I should be levitating from day 1! :) She is fantastic at breaking down the poses and flows and providing alternatives. She is also great with intermediate and advanced yogis (her classes usually include the full gamut from newbie to yoga teacher) and is fantastic at assisting.
