Latest Review: I've been working out with Daniel for nearly four years and his classes have completely changed how I approach fitness and my personal training. Daniel incorporates many different styles and approaches to training including boxing, sleds, sandbags, kettlebells, bands, and body-weight exercises. Each class works your conditioning, as well as your strength and balance. His sessions continue to evolve and adapt with his clients and the industry to ensure that each class is different and meets the needs of members, while still continuing to challenge and push everyone to the next level. I would highly recommend EDGE Performance Training to anyone seriously interested in fitness and improving their workouts.
