Introduction: I'm a Greenville native, ITT tech graduate who specializes in PC repair/upgrades, troubleshooting, networking, and virus/malware detection and removal. I believe that honesty and manners are tantamount in the information technology field, and are crucial in obtaining and accruing a customer base. I will always deal with my customers fairly, and I can confidently say that in my 10 years of experience, I have never encountered an issue that I could not resolve. Nearly all jobs are completed within an hour or overnight. If you have any questions at all regarding any service rendered, I'm more than happy to share my knowledge and experiences. However, any requests for extensive or on-going training may incur a small fee to be determined on an ipso facto basis. I truly enjoy figuring out the puzzle that is technology, and I look forward to showing you it does not have to be an expensive and frustrating experience.
