- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is very affordable and if we are used for the repair that fee can be waived. Our Tune-Ups are at $59 per system and our Tune-Up service is unmatched.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Text or call to schedule your appointment. Our experienced technician will come out for a thorough evaluation of your system. Once the technician has completed a full diagnostic of your system, they will offer recommendations/solutions to resolve any issues/concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Mechanical license, NATE certification, EPA Universal certification, indoor air quality certifications, and 25 years of trade certifications for all brands and models.
