- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Maintenance services are billed upon completion for our simple service clients. Full service clients are billed the last day of each month, for the following month and landscaping customers are required to put a deposit down of 20% - 50% depending on overall cost of the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 . Quick phone call to go over scope of work, rough pricing and budget, and time possible time line. 2. If phone call goes well we will meet in person to discuss the scope of work 3. we will work on a proposal and make changes as necessary, then set a tentative schedule for the work to be completed.
