We are a promotional products distributor that represents over 4,000 manufacturers Ever thing we sell is sold with corporate graphics on the merchandise. We have worked with Rob since 2005. Rob has always done an outstanding job with a great attitude. He is always bringing fresh new ideas to his work. One of the things that I appreciate about Rob is that after we worked together for awhile he knew my style of graphic likes as well as those of my customers. I could give him a theme and he would send me back several options without me giving him any type of direction on the style of graphics. Many times I've needed graphics back in a very rush situation and he always delivered. Rob is always pleasant and willing to do what is needed, even if he has to work through the night to make it happen. Rob is honest. He will tell you if he can't deliver what you need in the time frame it's needed. If that's the case it's because it's impossible because he will do everything possible to meet his clients needs. I have come to rely on Rob to do all of my graphics work. I haven't considered using anyone else for years. I strongly recommend Rob for your business needs.

For over a year, now, Ive been working with Rob (MouseClix). I've discovered him to be among the most creative people I know. Hes helped me create and develop a brand for my business, including all the logo, images, and color palette that go together. Hes also helped in editing my marketing materials to make them tighter and more effective. Business cards, stationery, and the like completed the package. Hes produced attractive and spot-on materials. Most of all, I appreciate his creativity. As I've discussed with him what Im working to accomplish, hes been great at suggesting ways to better define and illustrate my offering. And, importantly, his rates have been reasonable. Absolutely awesome work. Rob is extremely creative, knowledgeable and very professional. I had an idea in my mind as to what I wanted, but didn't know how to go about it. Rob was instrumental in the concept and design of our mission organization's primary advertising piece - our brochure. He then took the design elements he developed for that piece and created cohesive, complimentary "add-ons" - business cards, flyers, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with Rob - his professionalism, his timeliness, and his creative ideas. I do a lot of logo work... which leads to business collateral... which usually leads to some form of marketing materials.... it's a chain reaction, type of thing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a flexible timeline. "Need It Tomorrow" very rarely works out for anyone involved.
