- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a knowledgeable and experienced house cleaner with over 20+ years in the industry. I also only use environment friendly products. I clean thoroughly, always proactive, and I give out cleaning tips and techniques to my clients when asked.I charge by the job. My minimum charge for any service is $100. I schedule by appointment only on Saturday minimum of 2 hours at rate of $75 per every 2 hours unless stated per monthly sales promotion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by email I need to know total square footage of area to clean, how many sitting rooms other then the Kitchen, levels of Home. # of people, # pets, types of floors, etc. All of these home factors your cost of cleaning. Upon receipt I then, create my proposal along with custom cleaning specification worksheet and email your pricing of service, and proposal. Upon agreement we then schedule appointment to get keys and review policies and procedures. Set your cleaning time and day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 22+ years cleaning experience, I have previous working experience at Merry Maids as a Maid, and promoted to Administrative Assistant during day and cleaned our commercial office spaces in the evening, here is where I gained the most, learning how to quote homes, how to schedule, and the importance of following through with service agreements between business and client. Then I worked as an employee for a private residence as their housekeeper full time Monday to Friday, here is where I learned how to properly manage a household and rotate cleaning everything to be cleaned on regular schedule, and before starting my own business
