- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choosing a great cleaner for your home can be hard sometimes, that's why we recommend anyone to ask these questions before hiring a team. 1. How do you set your rates? Many cleaning companies charge an hourly rate, while others prefer to charge a flat rate. Decide which one is best for you and choose that company. 2. Are you insured and bonded? Any professional cleaning company should be insured and bonded in the instance that anything goes wrong while their staff are in your home. Be sure to ask before choosing any cleaning company. 3. Do you bring equipment and cleaning supplies? Many cleaning companies do bring their own equipment and supplies, while others may only bring the equipment, and you may be responsible for providing cleaning supplies. Some may even give you the option of using environmentally friendly cleaning products in your home. 4. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? Most reputable cleaning services do offer a satisfaction guarantee and will send a cleaning team back out if the customer is not satisfied with the work that was done. 5. How will you gain access to my home? There are many options that cleaning companies offer their customers when it comes to access to their homes. Some require that the homeowner is present to let the staff in, while others require a key or alarm access code. Choose a method that you are comfortable with. 6.What services are included? Ask what cleaning services are included in a basic visit and if the cleaning service offers additional services or packages. Certain tasks such as inside refrigerator, base board scrubbing or trash removal may not be offered by some cleaning companies.
