- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees provided on Thumbtack are for base services. Additional request (photo delivery options, shoot locations, etc) may incur and addtl fee. All fees are disclosed prior to any services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has contacted HillWay we have a consultation (often by phone) to discuss details of the shoot. This will include location. outfits, and addtl services (if requested). Once all arrangements are agreed upon verbally, a contract is submitted to sign as well as a deposit is requested to secure the date and time (typically 50% of the total cost). The balance will be due on the day of the shoot. Editing of pictures typically take approximately 2 weeks. Customer is provided final edited shots via download folder link unless otherwise stipulated in the original consultation.
