I am unbelievable disappointed and completely disgusted with the service I didn't receive. I messaged this gentleman for assistance moving on the first of October at 9 am. We discussed this through the tumbtack website on September 12th. Everything was set up and he told me he would be there. When he didn't show up for the move I messaged him on the website while he was online. He didn't respond to my messages. I then called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. During our conservation I explained that I am a single mother of two moving into a new apartment and needed assistance moving my washer and dryer into the basement along with taking apart my children's beds and putting them back together. I was relaying on the gentleman to provide that service. I will never use this service again and feel that man should be fired.
