Moira met us on the beach for private yoga during our weekend visit to the Charleston area and it was fantastic! We practiced 2 mornings with her which was just the perfect way to start the day. She was awesome. Thank you Moira!
Molly was the best! What a treat to have Molly come to the house and teach our group of ladies (a bachelorette weekend) a fun & restorative yoga class! She far exceeded our expectations! :)
Stacey is great!!!! Best massage I have had in a long time. I highly recommend her. She is the best at what she does!!!
Aly was my second yoga teacher and I really enjoyed her classes (~15). She has a calming, soothing voice that makes for a great space to clear your head. She held classes at a farmers market and the beach. Aly has a wealth of yogic knowledge and imparts that during her classes. At the beginning of each class, she asks, "What do you need?" I highly recommend Aly and think her time with you will be beneficial and spiritual!
Alisa has been great. So easy to work with and I am truly a novice. I love learning yoga with her!
Tangible energy with a very integrative approach to her practice. She was able to read my energy and tailored the lesson according to my needs. Very receptive to her clients. Will definitely be back for more.
I teach power vinyasa flow. The focus of my teaching is to connect the body with breath. I pay special attention to correct alignment and the needs of each individual body. Prepare to step outside your mind and into your body. Private yoga is tailored to your specific needs. This 75-minute session allows you to work privately with me to create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of experience. While all yoga supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually, private yoga lets you work on what makes sense for you at your own pace. There are several reasons why you should add private sessions to your weekly practice. They're helpful if your are the following: * You're a beginner and you want to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated. * You want to go to the next level in your practice or work more in-depth. * You have injuries (back, knee, shoulder) or health concerns (women's issues, stress, arthritis, chronic headaches, insomnia). * You want to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength; target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or weak knees, or increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity. * You want to add yoga to your weight-loss or strength-training program. * You want to learn more about yourself-gaining awareness without judgment.
We offer creative yoga classes taught by an experienced yogi, with verbal cues and hands-on alignment modifications. Classes are taught with love and lightheartedness to maximize body and breath awareness.

Yoga is a way to make the impossible seem possible. It is a lifestyle. It is a way to separate our minds from the day-to-day chaos the modern age has engrossed us in. I offer private yoga instruction to aid the community in training yourselves how to calm your own minds. Yoga was originally created for a guru and his student, therefore showing the evidence behind the importance of one-on-one attention during this tremendous journey. When practiced incorrectly, you do not benefit from the purpose of the pose and are at risk of self injury. Through private sessions, you can become comfortable and confident in your fundamental practice, making what seemed to be an intense class intimidation-free. Yoga teaches us the power of our breath; from our breath we find strength, presence, and acceptance. Whether it be for health and fitness, emotional wellness, spiritual exploration, a remedy for disease, or a reason you have yet to discover, yoga can transform your life as it has mine.

I am attentive to my clients needs and develop a practice just for them.
