FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is based on how many bedrooms for a general clean, the price for deep cleans, move out or move in cleans depends mainly on how many bedrooms, the size of the home or how dirty it is, but I try to be as flexible as possible if there is room for it. Every job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come and give a free estimate if requested, I like to do a walk through before we start every job, that way I can get a better idea of how long it will take, also to judge what area will take the longest, I also have a check off list for the client and myself to fill out if requested with extra room for notes and special requests, which can also be used as a receipt. I make it a point of being honest with the customer about weather or not something will come clean or not. When we are finished I have the client if possible do the end of job walk through and sign the check list, This is just to make sure we have accomplished what was needed or requested by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned other people's homes for over 20 years, I gained all of my cleaning experience taking care of the elderly and disabeled as a caergiver, and of course from my mother who was a cleaning finatic, my sister and I had chores everyday, both of our folks worked all day. My mother was very addiment how things were cleaned. It was good training.
