- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are all unique and designed per person (except 5% senior discount.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with new customers we get addresses and go talk to them, we listen to their vision of the project while examining it. Then ask questions on what they spoke about. while working we will have the customer give their opinions on what is done so far before we do too much. When everything is smiled upon then we do our finishing touch ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12yrs of experience in Carpentry and various other trade/skilled work, thanks to Tonnie Thompson. Work Core skill set certification - 04/2022 received Bachelor's in Business Administration.🤗
