Introduction: I am certified in Cupping Therapy, Passive Stretching, Rapid Tention Release, and Joint Mobilization techniques. These techniques allow for more blood to circulate through out the muscles. People who do not stretch enough before and\or after work outs will be limited in flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall performance. My method of treatment is to isolate muscles with either gliding strokes, or palpation. These techniques help to create space(within the muscles) for blood circulation. With an increase of blood circlation I can encourage nutrients to flow through the muscle fibers. That is when you feel the relief in your body. Tension in the muscles will melt away with my gentle yet firm therapeutic touch. Trigger points and Ischemia(knots) will be relieved, and therefore you will have a progressive healthy body structure and mind set moving forward. As a Reiki(level 2) practitioner, I will also assist you with bringing balance to your body's energy system (Chakras). I am also a certified Prenatal Massage Therapist for your pre and post natal needs. Massage Therapy has opened many doors, and has presented opportunities for growth and perspectives in my life. I am thankfull to have made good friends, great colleagues and awesome clients throughout the Charleston/Summerville area.
