I cannot speak highly enough about Liz and how wonderful she has been! I had ZERO experience in the world of exercise when I contacted her in January. She has educated me consistently and she has met me exactly where I’m at to encourage me and build my confidence. I have a LONGGGGG way to go but I am already seeing improvements in my energy level, my mental health, AND I’ve been told my pants are fitting looser (talk about a win!).

Liz does a great job of keeping me motivated and challenging me every step of the way. She is always researching new exercises to do and ways to improve to keep things interesting. She does this while keeping in mind your form and capabilities. I like feeling stronger and more capable after every workout.
