He identified the problem with my AC unit, related the info to my home warranty co. , fixed the system and provided a written report detailing the issue to support my recovery efforts against Cool Care. Cool Care tried repairing my HVAC unit twice but the system failed to cool properly for less than a week each time. It's been 1.5 weeks since Gary completed his work on the system. I'm cautiously optimistic his repairs fully solved the problem.
