I was a little apprehensive going with Titan since there were no reviews, but I am so glad I did. I received prompt and consistent communication from beginning to end of service. I was able to video chat and show my furniture for John to determine what size truck to bring on move day, and left residence unlocked and belongings unsupervised. All possessions safely arrived from Charleston, SC to Atlanta, professionally wrapped, neatly placed, and done so in agreed upon terms (e.g. price & time). When an issue came up at the destination storage unit, the team was extremely helpful, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to assist with resolution. Thank you John to you and your team for such a smooth move process. Highly recommended and be sure to let others know!
