I contacted Joe about a roof leak caused by a prior contractor not using the appropriate materials for a low sloped roof. He came out to quote it next day in a pouring rain. He promptly provided a very fair, detailed quote. Due to a busy schedule & lots of rain he came out on a Saturday to tarp our roof given potential we might leave on vacation before scheduling permitted repairing the roof so we would have peace of mind while gone & no further damage. He was able to complete the work prior to our departure but putting a protective up there on his day off demonstrated the integrity Joe conducts his business with. After completing the work his guys thoroughly cleaned up & walked around the house checking for any nails in the yard or driveway. At 51 I have never dealt with a more communicative & informative contractor from start to finish. He patiently answered our questions & did exactly what he promised, when promised & for what he quoted with pictures of what was found & the work done . I called him initially because I saw 141 reviews & each was 5 star in a challenging trade. I quickly realized why customers think so highly of him & his company as the emphasis is on customer satisfaction with great work done at an extremely fair price with professional & communication through out. I have already recommended him to a coworker & will use him exclusively for any roofing issues with future homes I own

On time. Hard workers. I was outside the majority of the time they were working and never saw them take a break. Frank and Tearston worked together very well. Excellent result as well as clean up effort. Would highly recommend for gutter cleaning.

One piece of the hip-ridge roof shingle cap was peeled off by a gust of wind during the New Year holidays. Joseph and his crew came quickly after receiving my call. They did a great job to repair the roof! We were so happy to find such a great team. Roof looks excellent and everything was done well and cleaned up when the job was finished. Their price is very reasonable after comparing to other 4 roof companies. Highly recommend!
