Introduction: Welcome to Berta’s Best Cleaning Services, LLC. Be rest assured that you have come to the right place! After many years working with my grandmother Berta’s Best Cleaning Services (BBCS) was formed after realizing that there was a huge gap between the appearance of a clean environment and its actual sanitization. We service Residential Commercial Spaces and Move In/Out. Our services include all cleaning supplies and equipment. We are a fully insured limited liability company and bonded. Here are are the different types of cleaning services we offer: Standard Cleaning ***Please Note: This service are for homes that have been frequently maintained/cleaned.) If you home has not been cleaned in the past 4 month please do not book this service. Deep Cleaning ***Please Note: This service does not include wiping down of walls. If you require this service please let us know during the time of booking. (There will be an additional cost for this service based on the amount of walls.) Post-Construction Cleaning ***Please Note: Garbage/junk removal is not included in this service) Move-Out Cleaning ***Please Note: Before booking please ensure that you home is completely empty. If our cleaner arrives and the house is not empty we will clean around items) Move-In Cleaning ***Please Note: Ensure that there are no items in the cleaners way. Commercial Cleaning If you book this service, we will schedule a date/time with you to have one of our cleaners visit and inspect your site to better understand scope of work. After this visit a proposal will be drafted and sent to client for review. Our services do not include the following: •Washing of dishes (we will only load dishes if there is a dishwasher.) •Making of bed (we will make bed upon request for an additional charge and this must be communicated during the time of booking. Bed must be completely striped and sheets must be provided on top of bed. •Organization •Garbage/Junk Removal •Tile/Grout Cleaning (if you require this service please send us a picture of the specific areas that has the the grout and we will access if we can provide this service. This service also comes at an additional cost.) Add-On Services: 1. Window Cleaning: Select this service as a part of your add-ons. We charge $10 per each window. During the time of booking please let us know how many windows you have in your home. 2. Fridge Cleaning: Select this service as a part of your add-ons. Ensure all items are removed from the fridge and the freezer is defrosted prior to the arrival of the cleaner. 3. Oven Cleaning: Select this service as a part of your add-ons. If you store items inside of your oven ensure to remove them prior to the arrival of the cleaner. Please Read: On the day of your scheduled cleaning please ensure that you have removed all items from areas that the cleaner will need access to. If there are items in the way our cleaner will clean around them. We want serious customers who are interested in moving forward with us. For every PRO that you contact on Thumbtack, we are charged a fee whether we are selected for the job or not. So before you book with us please read our reviews and pictures of past projects. Also, a deposit of $50.00 will be charged to avoid scammers.
