Introduction: **PLEASE NOTE: Short "drop-in" visit/dog-walk services only available to pet owners within a short drive of my home in Rock Hill, S.C. Only in-home extended stay sitting services are offered for pet owners beyond that area.**
Your home and/or pets are in great hands with me! I am conscientious, dependable, and will care for your home and your pets just as I would as if they were my own. With so many years of experience, there is no need to worry, because you can trust that your home will be secure, and I will do my best to make your pets feel safe, secure and well-loved in your absence.
My Experience
I have always loved animals, even as a child. I grew up with pets, worked for a veterinarian while in high school, and started house sitting in college, which often included caring for the owner's pets. I telecommute, so most locations will be considered, as long as reliable high-speed internet service would be available. I have cared for dogs, cats, chickens, goats, birds, hamsters, sugar gliders--always willing to expand my repertoire! Realistically, I can't have all the animals I wish to, so pet sitting gives me the opportunity to "foster" many. I also have the satisfaction of knowing that I am giving pet owners peace of mind, knowing that their pets will be safe and happy while in my care (without breaking their vacation budget -- please see my rates below). My Rates
For "drop-in" visits or dog-walks :
- Base fee: $10 per 30-minute in home visit or 20-minute dog walk (includes feeding and exercise/playtime) for a single pet
- additional $2 fee for 2nd dog, $1 each for 3 any additional
(smaller pets determined on case by case basis)
For In-home sitting (housesit/petsit):
**NOTE: I telework, so my range of location is very flexible for this option, as long as reliable internet connectivity is available.**
- Base fee is $25 (no pets) or $30 per day ( pet care included)
- additional $2 for 2nd dog, $1 each for any additional dogs (smaller pets determined on case by case basis, based on number and type)
(Note: Depending on travel time to your home, there may be a small travel surcharge per stay)
