FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple ... we examine what your project entails, and we charge by the piece. It is not fair to charge by the hour for work. I mean, I would not want to pay an hourly rate. What if that person is, forgive me, is not so smart and has to research each and everything they do to figure out how to do it ... you certainly don't want to pay for somebody to "learn" on your dime. By the piece is the fairest way to charge for this type of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always updating our knowledge and programming skills. It's just common reading material to us programmers and not much work to stay ahead of the game.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally have been writing custom scripting since I was 10 years old! I've used many of the desktop programming languages available through the years to develop software. Now that everything is web-based, I've personally been programming and building web-based software since 2002.
