- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since everyone has a different tax situation, we provide free estimates to anyone before we prepare their tax returns. We then let them make the decision to file the return with us or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to get to know the individual or business owner. We ask the questions that many other places don't take the time to ask. We feel that is the best way to fully help out all of our customers
